Welcome to the Community Development Department webpage.  The Community Development Department consists of the divisions of Planning, Redevelopment and Housing.  These divisions provide services related to physical development, long range planning, redevelopment and housing-related assistance.   There is a variety of resources on our site.  If you cannot find what you need please call us at (951) 461-6061.

The Community Development Department also serves as support and technical staff for the Planning Commission and the Historic Preservation Advisory Commission.
