Incident Summary

Officers responded to the 39800 block of St. Honore for a family disturbance between an adult brother (30 years) and adult sister (19 years). There was a seven year old child and 45 year old grandmother also living in the residence.

Upon arrival, officers found 57 marijuana plants growing in the garage.  The entire family was aware the plants were growing in the garage.  The adults were all booked at the SWDC for marijuana cultivation charges. The child was released to her mother who did not live at the location and was unaware of the illegal activity.
